What is the AstroPay USDT Wallet?
The AstroPay USDT Wallet allows you to receive, hold, exchange, and send USDT (Tether) on the TRON (TRC20) and Ethereum (ERC20) networks.

What can I do with the USDT Wallet?

  • Receive USDT deposits from external wallets or exchanges.

  • Buy and sell USDT using your local currency.

  • Use USDT with your AstroCard.

  • Send USDT to other wallets or exchanges.

How to get started

  1. Open the USDT Wallet in the app.

  2. Copy your TRC20 or ERC20 wallet address.

  3. Deposit USDT from your exchange or external wallet.

⚠️ Transactions may take up to 20 minutes to be credited.

I can’t activate or access my USDT Wallet
If you encounter an error while using your USDT Wallet, it may be due to a temporary issue with the provider.
Most issues are automatically resolved within a few hours.
If the problem persists, note the exact error message shown.

How long does it take for my USDT deposit to appear?
USDT deposits sent via the TRON (TRC20) network are usually credited within 30 minutes.
If more than 30 minutes have passed and the funds haven’t appeared in your account, have the transaction details ready to share with support.

⚠️ Important about refunds in other currencies
If a user sends a currency different from USDT, the refund attempt is handled directly by the provider.
We cannot confirm that the refund will be successful, as in some cases it’s not possible to recover the funds.
Also, the timeline doesn’t depend on AstroPay.
That’s why it’s important to make sure the transfer is done in the correct currency — in this case, USDT.
