If you see two identical charges for the same transaction, you might be experiencing a duplicated payment. We're here to help you get it resolved.


What is a duplicated payment?

A duplicated payment happens when:

  • You were charged twice for the same product or service

  • The charges are for the same amount, paid to the same merchant, and appear close together in your transaction history


What should I do?

To help us review your case quickly, please contact our support team and include the following:

  • A screenshot or photo showing both transactions in your AstroPay app

  • Any receipts, emails, or confirmations from the merchant that show only one order or service was delivered

  • The reason you believe the payment was duplicated

Important: Our team will review the case to confirm if the second charge qualifies for a refund. We may not always be able to reverse it, especially if both payments were processed successfully and used.


What happens next?

  • Our team will review your case and the evidence you provide

  • If the second payment is confirmed as a duplicate, we’ll proceed with a refund

  • This review may take a few business days
