A screenshot or photo showing both transactions in your AstroPay app
Any receipts, emails, or confirmations from the merchant that show only one order or service was delivered
The reason you believe the payment was duplicated
Important: Our team will review the case to confirm if the second charge qualifies for a refund. We may not always be able to reverse it, especially if both payments were processed successfully and used.
