What to do if you find an unknown transaction

For customers outside Brazil

  1. Write down the details — date, amount, and description of the transaction.

  2. Then send us:

    • The transaction details.

    • Any additional information that might help us investigate.

Note for customers in Brazil

If you are in Brazil, we also ask that you:

  • File a police report (B.O.) with the transaction details.

  • Send a copy of the B.O. along with the transaction information to our support team.

The faster you reach out, the sooner we can review and take action.

Tips to keep your account secure

  • Never share your passwords or security codes.

  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in the app.

  • Be cautious with links received via email, SMS, or social media.

  • Keep your phone protected with a password or biometrics, and always updated.

Quick summary

  • Found a transaction you don’t recognize? → Write it down + contact our support.

  • Customers in Brazil: don’t forget to send the police report (B.O.).

  • Acting quickly means faster resolution.
