You can order your AstroPay physical card, available only for the local version and in selected countries.
How to request the physical AstroCard?
Open the AstroPay app.
Go to the “Cards” section.
Tap on “Add card”.
Select “Physical”.
If the option is available, you’ll be able to choose your preferred design and proceed with the request.
What happens after confirming the request?
A card order will be created and you’ll need to confirm your delivery address.
If it’s your first time requesting a card, you will also receive a temporary virtual card so you can start enjoying the benefits right away.
How to track your delivery?
From the “Cards” section, select the physical card and tap on the tracking link.
You’ll be redirected to the courier’s website.
There, you can follow your card’s delivery progress.
Important: Sometimes the courier may leave the card at a local branch, depending on your area and their internal decision.
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, in some countries couriers allow you to update the delivery address.
Register on the courier’s website.
Enter your order number (available in the tracking link).
Update your delivery details directly from there.
