Sometimes you may notice that part of your balance was deducted after a deposit or credit. This happens when our system detects a duplicate or incorrect credit and automatically corrects it to keep your balance accurate.

This situation may occur, for example, if:

  • A cashback was credited twice by mistake

  • A refund was processed more than once

  • There was an issue related to an AstroCard transaction or an ATM operation

When a duplicate or incorrect credit is identified, the system automatically deducts the corresponding amount.

For example:

  • You deposit $80

  • A $50 adjustment is needed

  • The system deducts $50, leaving $30 available in your balance

You don’t need to take any action. There’s no need to pay or transfer the amount manually. If there is any pending adjustment, it will be applied automatically the next time you receive funds.

All balance adjustments are reviewed internally before being finalized, and you can continue using the remaining available balance normally.
