I didn’t receive my PIX – what should I do?

Why it might not have arrived

Even if the sender says they sent it, sometimes the PIX doesn’t reach your AstroPay account due to errors in the details or temporary network issues.

What to do

Please send us the payment receipt with:

  • Sender’s name and CPF/CNPJ

  • Amount sent

  • Date and time

  • PIX code

What happens next

We’ll check the transaction in our system and update you on what happened. If there’s any problem, we’ll help resolve it quickly.

Important tip

Double-check that the PIX was sent to the correct account.
