I didn’t receive my payment via IBAN

Why it might not have arrived:
Even if the sender confirms, sometimes the payment doesn’t reach your AstroPay account due to errors in the details or banking network issues.

What to do:
Please send the payment receipt with:

  • Sender’s name and IBAN

  • Amount sent

  • Date and time

  • Transaction code (if any)

After sending:
We’ll check the transaction and update you on the status. If there’s any problem, we’ll help resolve it quickly.

Important tip:
Always confirm that the payment was sent to the correct account.
