What to do:
Please send the payment receipt with:
Sender’s name and IBAN
Amount sent
Date and time
Transaction code (if any)
After sending:
We’ll check the transaction and update you on the status. If there’s any problem, we’ll help resolve it quickly.

Always confirm that the payment was sent to the correct account.
