I didn’t receive my payment via CCI

Why it might not have arrived:
Even if the sender confirms, sometimes the payment doesn’t reach your AstroPay account due to errors in the details or temporary banking issues.

What to do:
Please send the payment receipt with:

  • Sender’s name and CCI

  • Amount sent

  • Date and time

  • Reference code (if any)

After sending:
We’ll check the transaction and let you know the status.

Important tip:
Double-check that the payment was sent to the correct AstroPay account.
