Missing SPEI payment

Find out what to do if a SPEI payment was not received in your AstroPay account.

Why it might not have arrived:
Even if the sender confirms, sometimes the payment doesn't show up due to wrong details or issues in the SPEI network.

What to do:
Have the payment receipt ready with:

  • Sender's name and account/CLABE

  • Amount sent

  • Date and time

  • Transaction code

After contacting support:
Our support team will review the transaction and update you.

Important tip:
Confirm the transfer was sent to your AstroPay account.
