I didn't receive my payment via SPEI

Why this might happen:

Even if the sender confirms the transfer, the funds may not reach your AstroPay account due to:

  • Incorrect bank details (e.g. wrong CLABE number)

  • Temporary issues between banks

  • Processing limitations based on the time the transfer was made

What to do:

Please send us the payment receipt with the following details:

  • Sender’s full name

  • Origin CLABE

  • Amount sent

  • Date and time of the transaction

  • Reference code or tracking number (if available)

After sending:

We will review the transaction and update you on its status as soon as possible.

Important tip:

Double-check that the transfer was made to the correct AstroPay banking details, exactly as shown in the app or website. A small mistake can prevent the funds from arriving.
