Temporary issues between banks
Processing limitations based on the time the transfer was made
What to do:
Please send us the payment receipt with the following details:
Sender’s full name
Origin CLABE
Amount sent
Date and time of the transaction
Reference code or tracking number (if available)
After sending:
We will review the transaction and update you on its status as soon as possible.
Important tip:
Double-check that the transfer was made to the correct AstroPay banking details, exactly as shown in the app or website. A small mistake can prevent the funds from arriving.
