Why this might happen

If someone sent you a USDT transfer and it hasn’t arrived in your wallet, it may be due to:

  • A delay in network confirmation

  • The transfer being sent to the wrong network or wallet address

  • An issue with the transaction itself (e.g., it was never confirmed on the blockchain)

What to do

To investigate, have the transaction receipt or proof of the transfer ready, including the following details:

  • Transaction hash (TxID)

  • Network used (e.g., TRC20, ERC20, etc.)

  • Amount sent

  • Date and time of the transfer

  • Wallet address where the funds were sent

Once we receive this information, we’ll check the status of the transaction in our system and get back to you as soon as possible.

Important tip

Make sure the sender used the correct wallet address and network as shown in your AstroPay wallet. Using the wrong network or address can cause the funds to be lost and, in most cases, we won’t be able to recover them.
