CVU Transaction – Status In Progress

If you made a CVU transfer and the status shows “In Progress”:

  • CVU transfers are normally instant.

  • If it has been more than 30 minutes since the transaction, please send us:

    • Amount sent

    • Date and time

    • Preferably, a screenshot of the transaction in the app

We’ll check what’s happening and assist you.
