CVU transfers have a monthly attempt limit, defined by our internal policy.
This limit is not related to the transfer amount, but to the number of attempts made. Once the limit is reached, you will need to wait until the following month to use CVU again normally.
What to do if this happens:
If you receive an error message when trying to send a CVU transfer, take a screenshot.
Send us that screenshot so we can review your case.
In some cases, it is possible to reactivate CVU transfers without waiting until the next month.
