PIX transfer sent but not received by recipient

If you made a PIX transfer, the funds have left your account and show as confirmed, but haven’t reached the recipient account yet, follow these steps:

Send us:

  • Transaction details (amount, date, recipient).

  • Preferably, a screenshot of the confirmation in the app.

What we’ll do:

  • We will check the status of the transaction in our system.

  • We’ll do our best to help resolve it quickly.
