IBAN transfer sent but not received by recipient

If you made an IBAN transfer, the funds have left your account and show as confirmed, but haven’t reached the recipient account yet, follow these steps:

Send us:

  • Transaction details (amount, date, recipient).

  • Preferably, a screenshot of the confirmation in the app.

What we’ll do:

  • We will check the status of the transaction in our system.

  • We’ll do our best to help resolve it quickly.

Tip for fast and secure transfers:
To avoid IBAN issues and speed up your transfers, use peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers between AstroPay accounts. It’s simple, fast, and fee-free!

How to do it:

  1. Open your AstroPay account.

  2. Click Send.

  3. Select AstroPay Contacts.

  4. Choose the contact who will receive the funds and enter the amount.

  5. Confirm the transfer.
