If you made an IBAN transfer, the funds have left your account and show as confirmed, but haven’t reached the recipient account yet, follow these steps:
Send us:
Transaction details (amount, date, recipient).
Preferably, a screenshot of the confirmation in the app.
What we’ll do:
We will check the status of the transaction in our system.
We’ll do our best to help resolve it quickly.

How to do it:
Open your AstroPay account.
Click Send.
Select AstroPay Contacts.
Choose the contact who will receive the funds and enter the amount.
Confirm the transfer.
