Our One-Touch flow allows you to make online deposits on third-party sites using the balance in your AstroPay wallet. Therefore, it’s important to have enough balance; otherwise, the deposit will not be completed.
In some cases, deposits may not be processed due to the policy for using AstroPay accounts on partner platforms.
Policy for account usage on partner platforms
To ensure the safety of all users, AstroPay maintains a strict policy regarding account linking with partner platforms:
Each AstroPay account must be used with only one corresponding account on the partner platform.
It is not allowed to attempt deposits using the same AstroPay account on multiple accounts of the same platform, nor to create multiple AstroPay accounts for a single platform account.
These rules are designed to protect users and ensure transactions are processed correctly.
Tip: Always use the same AstroPay account for each corresponding partner platform account.
