If you made a deposit to a third-party site using your AstroPay account and the balance is still not showing in the destination account, please send us the following details so we can locate the transaction and assist you:
Deposit amount
Approximate date and time of the transaction
Preferably, a screenshot showing the transaction in the app
With this information, we can track the transaction in our system. If we confirm that the deposit was successfully made, we can:
Force the amount into the destination account (when possible)
Provide a payment receipt, which you can use as a reference if you need to contact the support team of the external site or service
Once we receive this information, we’ll do our best to help you quickly and ensure your deposit is correctly recognized.
