If you deposited funds to a third-party site using your AstroPay account and the balance is not showing in the destination account, follow these steps.
What you need to provide
To locate the transaction, have the following information ready:
The deposit amount.
The approximate date and time of the transaction.
A screenshot showing the transaction in the AstroPay app.
What happens next
Once the transaction is located and confirmed as successful, AstroPay can:
Force the deposit into the destination account (when possible).
Provide a payment receipt you can use as reference with the external site.
