I didn’t receive my promotional partnership bonus

Some promotions are carried out in partnership with influencers, external sites, or partner platforms. If you joined one of these campaigns but did not receive the bonus, please follow these steps:

1. Review the promotion rules

Each campaign has its own requirements, such as:

  • Creating your account through a specific signup link

  • Using a promo code

  • Making a transaction with a minimum amount

  • Completing more than one purchase with the AstroPay Card

  • Promotion’s expiration date

  • Etc

Make sure you carefully check whether all the conditions have been met.

2. If you met the rules but didn’t get the bonus

  • If the bonus was supposed to be credited directly to your AstroPay account, please send us the details of the promotion and, if possible, a screenshot showing your participation. We’ll investigate further.

  • If the bonus was to be credited by an external site or partner, we suggest contacting them directly, since they are responsible for granting the benefit.

This way, we can ensure your participation is validated correctly and that you receive the bonus according to the promotion’s terms.
