Issues adding a promo code during onboarding

If you tried to add a promo code when creating your account but encountered an error or couldn’t find where to enter it, please follow the steps below:

What to do:

  • Send us the promotion details and let us know where you found the offer.

  • If possible, attach a screenshot of the error or the screen where you tried to enter the code.

Important:

Before we can assist, you must have completed all the requirements of the promotion.

  • If you haven’t added the code or followed all the campaign steps yet, there’s nothing we can do at this time.

  • Once all requirements are completed, we can check your case and help you receive the bonus.
