If you noticed that you received fewer AstroPoints than expected, it’s important to know that the number of points depends on your fidelity level within the AstroPay program. We have four levels: Standard, Silver, Gold, and Black, each with different multipliers depending on the type of transaction.

What to do if you think you received fewer points than expected
Check your current fidelity level and the type of transaction that generated the points.
Compare the points received with the multiplier for your level.

Preferably, a screenshot from the app showing the transaction and awarded points
Once we receive these details, our team will review the case and provide feedback.
