Why did I get this email?

In some cases, when a CVU hasn’t been active for a while, we may deactivate it as a preventive measure.

What happens to my money?

Your money is 100% safe. Deactivating the CVU does not affect your balance, which remains intact in your account.

How can I get a CVU again?

In the email you received, you’ll find a button labeled “Create new CVU.”
By clicking it, you can quickly generate a new CVU and continue operating as usual.

What if I don’t need a CVU right now?

No action is required. You can create a new CVU at any time in the future, whenever you need it.
