The following rules apply to top-ups and transfers in Ghana:

  • Top-ups in Ghana (GHS): 5% surcharge on each top-up.

  • Currency conversions:

    • GHS → KES: 5% spread

    • KES → USDT: 5% spread

    • GHS → COP: 5% spread

    • COP → USDT: 1% spread

How does this affect you?

  • If you top up in Ghana, you’ll pay a 5% surcharge immediately.

  • If you transfer funds to other currencies (KES or COP) and later withdraw in USDT, the spreads will apply according to the rules above.

  • These changes are designed to reduce abuse and protect all users, while ensuring compliance and financial stability.
