Reason:
Due to the migration to our new provider in Argentina, some payment methods for top-ups are temporarily unavailable.
What’s changing:
Pago Fácil: still appears in the app, but shows as “Out of Service”, meaning it cannot be used at the moment.
Rapipago: has been deactivated (OFF) and therefore no longer appears in the app as an option.
When will it be back?
Both methods are expected to be available again soon, with an estimated return within approximately one week.
What users should know:
This is a temporary situation.
We recommend using other available payment methods in the app until services are restored.
