Top-Up Not Received or Amount Less Than Expected

If you notice that your top-up has not been received or the amount is less than expected, follow these steps:

  1. Verify the details: Make sure the top-up was sent to your AstroPay account and not to another account under your name.

  2. Check for fees from the origin bank: Some banks may charge fees that reduce the credited amount.

  3. Contact your bank first: In most cases, the bank of origin can resolve the issue quickly.

If the funds have already left your bank and have not reached your AstroPay account, please send us a proof of payment from your bank.
