If you tried to deposit funds on a third-party site using AstroPay and your payment was canceled, the amount should return to your AstroPay wallet within a few minutes.
If the funds have not returned
In rare cases, the refund may take longer. To speed up the investigation, have the following ready:
A screenshot of the payment from your AstroPay app.
A screenshot from the site where you made the deposit.
The deposit amount and approximate date.
This information helps locate the transaction and confirm whether the funds were deducted from your wallet.
