Start activation
Scan the QR code included in the envelope your card arrived in, or
Open the AstroCard section in the app, swipe to find the card you want to activate, and tap Activate Card.
Enter details and create a PIN
Enter the requested card details.
Create a 4-digit PIN to use with your card.
You may use the same PIN as your app if you prefer. For security, any new PIN should be different from your previous one.
Complete activation
Tap Activate Card to finish the process. Your AstroCard is now ready to use.
If you encounter an error during activation
Take a screenshot of the error message.
Note at which step the error occurs.
⚠️ Important: Never send full card numbers or CVV for security reasons.
