You can add a guest or promo code even after finishing your account onboarding.
Important to know
Only one guest or promo code per account.
You have 7 days from account creation to redeem it.
The option appears in the Profile section.
If you do not see it, the feature may not be available for your account yet.
How to add a code
Open the AstroPay app.
Go to Profile.
Tap Do you have a referral code?
Enter the code and confirm.
Promotional bonus not received
Some promotions are run with influencers, websites, or partner platforms. Each campaign has its own conditions, such as:
Signing up through a specific link.
Using a promo code.
Making a minimum transaction.
Completing one or more card purchases.
Meeting the promotion deadline.
Make sure all requirements were met. If the bonus should be credited by an external partner, contact them directly as they are responsible for granting it.
