With the latest updates, the Send flow is easier to use, with recipients organized by categories and payment methods displayed by country.
Step by step: how to send money
Open the app and go to Send
Select a recipient:
Choose an existing contact
Or tap New recipient
Select the currency
Choose the available payment method
Enter the required details
Review and confirm the transfer
Finding a recipient
In the Send flow, recipients are organized into categories:
All: Phone contacts + previously used recipients
In AstroPay: Phone contacts with AstroPay accounts
Accounts: Recipients you’ve sent money to before
💡 Contact access must be enabled to sync phone contacts.
Available transfer methods
Methods vary based on currency and destination country. Examples include:
Argentina: CVU, CBU, Alias
Mexico: SPEI
Colombia: Bre-B, bank account
Peru: bank account
UK & Europe: IBAN
Crypto: USDT (TRON or Ethereum)
