Users in Spain and Portugal can now receive PIX transfers, not only send them. This allows you to receive money from Brazil directly into your account using PIX.

How to receive money via PIX
To receive a PIX transfer, follow these steps in the app:
Open the app and tap Add money
Select BRL (Brazilian Real) as the currency
Choose PIX as the payment method
Enter the amount you want to receive
Tap Continue
The app will generate:
A QR code, which the sender can scan, or
A copy-and-paste PIX code, which you can share with the sender
The sender can use either option to complete the PIX payment.
Important information
The PIX transfer must be completed by the sender using a Brazilian bank or wallet that supports PIX (like AstroPay)
Once the sender completes the payment, the funds will be credited according to PIX processing times
Availability may vary depending on the user’s account and app version
