You can send funds from your AstroPay wallet directly to an external bank account using the local transfer method available in your country.
How to make a bank transfer
Open the AstroPay app and tap Send.
Select Transfer to bank account.
Choose the transfer method available in your country.
Enter the recipient's bank account details.
Enter the amount and confirm the transfer.
Processing time
Non-instant bank transfers are processed within up to 72 business hours. The exact timeframe may vary depending on the currency, destination country, payment method, and the receiving bank's operating hours.
Check your transfer status
You can check the status of any transfer at any time in the app under Transaction History.
Cancel a transfer
If 72 business hours have passed and the transfer is still processing, the Cancel option will become available in the app. If the option is not visible, the transfer has already been processed and cannot be canceled.
