You can request payment from another AstroPay user directly in the app. They'll receive a notification and can complete the transfer instantly from their balance.
How to request money
Open the AstroPay app and tap Request.
Select the contact you want to request money from, or search by phone number or AstroTag.
Enter the amount and add an optional note.
Tap Send request.
Once the other user confirms, the amount is transferred instantly to your AstroPay balance.
Things to know
Both accounts must be active and in good standing to send and receive transfers.
For international requests, the amount is processed in USD.
You can find a contact by their AstroTag if their phone number is already saved in your contacts.
