How to withdraw to a bank account
Open the AstroPay app and tap Withdraw.
Select Bank account as the withdrawal method.
Enter or select your bank account details.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
Review the details and tap Confirm.
Processing time
Withdrawals are typically processed within 72 business hours. The exact time may vary depending on your country, the local transfer method, and your bank's operating hours.
Things to know
The bank account must be in your name — third-party accounts are not accepted.
Withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification level and country.
You can check the status of your withdrawal in Transaction History at any time.
