If your incoming transfer shows a status of Under review, it means we're running a standard verification check before crediting the funds to your account. This is a normal part of our security and compliance process.

Why transfers go under review

  • The transfer amount exceeds certain thresholds that trigger a routine check.

  • The transaction was flagged by our automated security systems.

  • Your account has pending verification steps that need to be completed.

How long does it take

Most reviews are completed within 24 to 72 business hours. In some cases, we may reach out to ask for additional documentation to complete the process.

What to do while your transfer is under review

In most cases, no action is needed on your end. If we require anything from you, we'll notify you directly in the app or by email. Make sure your contact details and verification information are up to date in your profile.

ℹ️ Note: A transfer under review has not been rejected. Funds are held securely and will be credited once the review is complete.
