When you use AstroPay to deposit on a third-party platform — such as an online store, gaming site, or service provider — a few rules apply to keep your transactions secure.
How it works
Deposits on third-party sites are processed instantly from your AstroPay balance. Once confirmed, the funds are transferred directly to the platform and cannot be reversed by AstroPay.
Limits and restrictions
Deposit amounts are subject to both AstroPay's transaction limits and the platform's own limits.
Some platforms may restrict the use of AstroPay depending on your country or account type.
If a deposit is declined, check that your balance is sufficient and that AstroPay is accepted by that platform.
Refunds and disputes
If you need a refund for a deposit made on a third-party site, the refund must be requested directly with that platform. AstroPay cannot reverse a completed deposit on your behalf.
⚠️ Important: AstroPay is not responsible for the policies, promotions, or operations of third-party platforms. Always review the platform's terms before depositing.
If your deposit didn't arrive on the platform
Check your Transaction History in the app to confirm the payment was processed.
If the transaction shows as completed on AstroPay but hasn't credited on the platform, contact the platform's support team with your transaction ID.
