When you use AstroPay to deposit on a third-party platform — such as an online store, gaming site, or service provider — a few rules apply to keep your transactions secure.

How it works

Deposits on third-party sites are processed instantly from your AstroPay balance. Once confirmed, the funds are transferred directly to the platform and cannot be reversed by AstroPay.

Limits and restrictions

  • Deposit amounts are subject to both AstroPay's transaction limits and the platform's own limits.

  • Some platforms may restrict the use of AstroPay depending on your country or account type.

  • If a deposit is declined, check that your balance is sufficient and that AstroPay is accepted by that platform.

Refunds and disputes

If you need a refund for a deposit made on a third-party site, the refund must be requested directly with that platform. AstroPay cannot reverse a completed deposit on your behalf.

⚠️ Important: AstroPay is not responsible for the policies, promotions, or operations of third-party platforms. Always review the platform's terms before depositing.

If your deposit didn't arrive on the platform

  • Check your Transaction History in the app to confirm the payment was processed.

  • If the transaction shows as completed on AstroPay but hasn't credited on the platform, contact the platform's support team with your transaction ID.
