Your AstroCard is automatically blocked after 5 failed purchase attempts due to insufficient balance. This is a security measure to protect your account and prevent unauthorized transactions.

ℹ️ Note: Before the block is applied, we send push notifications reminding you to add funds to your account.

How to unblock your AstroCard

  1. Add funds to your AstroPay account using your preferred payment method.

  2. Once your balance is sufficient, your AstroCard is automatically unblocked and ready to use.

No manual action is required — the card reactivates as soon as the balance is restored.
