Daily cashback is not enabled by default. It has to be activated manually from the wallet of each currency in which you want to receive it. If it was never activated, no cashback is generated.

Cashback is credited only when the amount is equal to or greater than 0.01 (in any supported currency). If your balance is too low, the calculated cashback may fall below this threshold and will not appear in your wallet.

Once both requirements are met, your daily cashback is generated automatically on every eligible day.
