You can pay utility bills, services, and other recurring expenses directly from your AstroPay wallet — no need to leave the app or visit a separate provider.
How to pay a bill
Open the AstroPay app and tap Bill Payments.
Select the category of the bill you want to pay (electricity, water, internet, mobile, etc.).
Choose the biller or service provider from the list.
Enter the required details, such as your account number, customer ID, or barcode.
Review the amount and confirm the payment.
Once confirmed, the amount is deducted instantly from your AstroPay balance and a confirmation appears in your Transaction History.
Processing time
Most bill payments are processed within a few minutes. Some billers may take up to 72 business hours to update the payment status on their side, depending on their internal processes.
💡 Tip: Save your most-used billers as favorites so you can pay them faster the next time.
Things to know
Available billers and categories depend on your country — the list updates automatically based on your account location.
Make sure you have enough balance in your wallet before confirming the payment.
Keep your confirmation receipt available until the biller reflects the payment.
