You can send a PIX transfer to anyone with a bank account or digital wallet in Brazil directly from the AstroPay app. PIX transfers are instant and available 24/7.
How to send a PIX transfer
Open the AstroPay app and tap Send.
Select PIX.
Choose how you want to send:
PIX key: enter the recipient's CPF/CNPJ, phone, email, or random key.
QR code: scan the recipient's PIX QR code with your camera.
Pix Copia e Cola: paste the PIX code you received.
Bank details: enter the recipient's bank, branch, and account number.
Confirm the recipient's name shown on screen.
Enter the amount and add an optional message.
Review the details and tap Confirm.
Funds are debited instantly from your AstroPay balance and credited to the recipient.
⚠️ Important: PIX transfers are instant and cannot be reversed once confirmed. Always verify the recipient's name and details before sending.

PIX is only available for transfers to accounts in Brazil.
Daily and per-transaction limits apply, based on Brazil's Central Bank rules and your verification level.
You can review each PIX sent in your Transaction history.
PIX works 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
If a PIX transfer fails
Confirm your AstroPay balance covers the full amount.
Check that the PIX key, QR code, or bank details are correct and active.
If the recipient's PIX key was deleted or transferred, request a new one.
