You can get a receipt for any transaction in your AstroPay account directly from the app. Receipts include the transaction details, status, date, and a unique reference number — useful for personal records, expense reports, or as proof of payment.
How to find and download a receipt
Open the AstroPay app and tap Transaction History.
Find the transaction you need and tap on it for full details.
Tap Share receipt or Download receipt.
Choose how to save or send it — PDF, image, or directly through a messaging app or email.
What's included in a receipt
Transaction date and time.
Amount and currency.
Recipient or merchant details.
Transaction status (completed, pending, reversed).
Unique transaction ID — useful if you need to reference the operation later.
💡 Tip: Save your receipts whenever you make a payment to a third-party platform or merchant. If the payment doesn't reflect on their side, your receipt is the fastest way to resolve the issue with them.
Things to know
Receipts are generated only once a transaction is fully processed.
You can share the same receipt as many times as you need.
Older transactions remain available in your Transaction History — you can filter by date or transaction type to find them.
