Who can participate?
Be 18 years or older and have completed identity verification (KYC).
Have a valid AstroPay account in your own name.
Pay on www.despegar.com.ar or the Despegar app, in USD, using AstroPay wallet balance as the payment method.
⚠️ Users who share the same device with other users, or who engage in fraudulent practices, will not be considered eligible.
What are the benefits?
1. Immediate discount (all eligible users)
10% discount on the amount of each eligible transaction, applied automatically at checkout.
Cap per transaction:
USD 50 for flights and hotels.
USD 100 for packages.
2. Additional cashback (Infinite Members only)
Users with an active AstroPay Infinite subscription at the time of purchase receive, in addition to the discount, a 15% Cashback on the transaction amount.
Cap of USD 70 per Infinite Member for the entire duration of the promotion.
Cashback is credited to the wallet in USD within a maximum of 45 calendar days from the purchase. The discount, being immediate, is not subject to this timeframe.
Important conditions
Minimum purchase: USD 300 per transaction to access the discount and/or cashback.
Benefits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other active promotions.
The promotion has a total budget of USD 20,000, split 50/50 between discounts and cashback. Once the budget is used up (in either component), the promotion ends automatically, even if the original timeframe hasn't expired.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use my AstroPay card instead of wallet balance? No. The benefit only applies when paying with wallet balance (Billetera), not with a card.
Do the discount and cashback stack? Yes, but cashback only applies to Infinite Members. An Infinite user can receive both benefits on the same purchase.
How long does it take for the cashback to be credited? Up to 45 calendar days from the transaction.
What happens if the budget runs out before September 27? The promotion ends automatically as soon as the budget is exhausted, even if the original timeframe hasn't expired.
