This page will give you an overview of how to get your API Key from Magento 2 to integrate via our plugin.

Updated over 5 months ago

Follow the steps below to get the credentials you need to use the At Last Magento connector.

Before you get started:

You will need to gather the following information to complete the connection.

  • Store URL - Magento 2 Store URL (ie. https://example.com)

  • Username - Your Magento 2 username

  • Password - Your Magento 2 password

Step 1 - Get Store URL

First step is to find your Magento URL (or Base URL) that's assigned to your main storefront.

You can either copy this URL directly from the address bar where your store is deployed or alternatively get this from your Magento dashboard.

On the Magento dashboard you can find the Base URL by going to to Stores > Settings > Configuration > General > Web and follow the steps below.

And then find the Base URLs section. Copy this.

Step 2 - Get your Magento 2 Username & Password

In order to synchronize orders we require an admin username and password.

These details should be for the admin account you use to sign in to the Magento 2 admin dashboard.

Step 3 - Set your permissions list

Make sure you are sharing these permissions:

  • Sales

    • Operations

      • Orders

        • Actions

          • View

        • Shipments

    • Catalog

      • Inventory

        • Products

    • Stores

      • Settings

        • All Stores

Step 4 - Share your details

Securely share your Store URL, Username & Password with us through this form link: https://form.fillout.com/t/mzzkJTQxE4us

We'll be able to configure the connector and start syncing orders so the information is shown to users and enriched on your At Last dashboard for all returns.
