In order to locate the advanced tb, click on the configuration and click on the advanced tab.

Click on the edit and turn on manual returns.

Step 3 - Check Return portal

You will have to wait Five to ten seconds to see it reflected in your return portal app.

As you can see, now your customers will be able to return without an existing order. They can just click on this and start a manual return.

In order to turn off manual return, click on edit, Turn the toggle off and click save.
