Objective: To create a new position in the system and associate it with staff members and schedules.
Key Steps:
Click on the Positions tab in the system.
Navigate to the top right corner and click on "Add a Position".
Give the new position a name.
Choose a color to differentiate the position visually.
Select the staff members you want to associate with this position (you have the option at the bottom to select all).
Click on "Apply".
Choose the program you want to associate the position with
If creating multiple positions, repeat steps 3 to 10 for each position.
Click on "Save Position" to save the new position in the system.
Tips for Efficiency:
You do not need to include location or program in the position name, as Athletify allows you to specify these at the shift level.
