Key Steps

1. Understand Program Structure 0:01

  • Keep in mind the following when structuring programs:

    • Assign administrators to manage schedules.

    • Determine if a program needs its own admin oversight.

2. Naming Programs 0:22

  • Avoid including location names in program titles.

  • Avoid overly broad or overly specific program names:

    • Example of too broad: 'Rec Sports'.

    • Example of too specific: creating a program for each grade or skill level.

5. Creating a New Program 1:40

  • Navigate to Organization > Programs > Add a Program.

  • Choose relevant administrators for the program.

6. Associate Locations and Positions 2:03

  • Select fields where the program will take place (e.g., soccer fields).

  • Associate relevant positions (e.g., referee) with the program.

7. Naming the Program 2:41

  • Give the program a clear name (e.g., 'Youth Soccer').

  • Consider separating different age groups (e.g., Youth Soccer and Adult Soccer).

8. Finalize Program Creation 2:53

  • Review all information and click 'Create Program' to finalize.
