Click on Organization.
Select Staff.
Click on Add Staff.
Click the Import Staff button.
Step 2: Prepare Your CSV File 0:11
If you are familiar with creating and manipulating CSV files, prepare your file accordingly.
If not, refer to the instructional video on how to create a CSV file.
Step 3: Upload Your CSV File 0:20
Click on Choose File.
Locate and select your prepared CSV file.
Click Open to select the file.
Click Upload to upload the file.
Step 4: Edit Staff Information (if necessary) 0:30
If the CSV file is not perfect, you can edit staff member details directly in the system after uploading.
Step 5: Add Positions (if needed) 0:41
You can add positions for staff members directly in the system.
Alternatively, it may be easier to include this information in the CSV file before uploading.
Step 6: Send Invites to Staff 0:48
Once all information is correct, click Send Invites to complete the process.
Step 7: Staff Receive Invitation Email 0:56
Each staff member will receive an email invitation to join the organization.
Step 8: Staff Account Creation 1:06
Staff members should click on the email link to open the invitation screen.
They will create a password and follow the prompts to set up their account.
