  • Open the Athletify organization.

  • Navigate to the organization section.

  • Click 'Add' under the staff section or click 'Add Staff' if already in the staff area.

  • Locate the 'Import' button in the top right corner.

  • Understand that a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file can be created using Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Ensure the first row of your CSV file contains the following column headers:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email

    • Role

    • Positions
