Open the Athletify organization.
Navigate to the organization section.
Click 'Add' under the staff section or click 'Add Staff' if already in the staff area.

Understand that a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file can be created using Excel or Google Sheets.
Ensure the first row of your CSV file contains the following column headers:

Last Name

Role

Download the CSV template provided by Athletify.
Open the template in Excel or Google Sheets.
Copy and paste your staff data into the appropriate columns.

Ensure there are no spaces or incorrect capitalization in the headers.

For positions, separate multiple roles with a semicolon.

In Google Sheets, go to 'File' > 'Download' > 'CSV'.
Save the file with a recognizable name.
Uploading the CSV File 4:17
Return to Athletify and click 'Choose File'.
Select the saved CSV file and click 'Upload'.
Sending Invites to Staff 5:02
After reviewing the uploaded data, click 'Send Invites'.
Staff will receive an email to complete the onboarding process.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure that the first row of the CSV file is case sensitive and does not contain spaces.
