Troubleshooting Staff Login Issues on Athletify

There are a few common reasons why your staff might be having trouble logging into the Athletify platform. Let's walk through some solutions.

Scenario 1: Staff Member Can't Find Their Invitation

Sometimes, the initial invitation email can get lost. Here's how you can help:

  1. Resend the Invite via Email: Navigate to the "Organization" tab and then select the "Staff" section. If staff have not accepted the invite yet, they will show up under "Pending Invites" at the top. You should see an option to "Resend Invite." Click this button to send a new invitation email to their registered email address.

  2. Copy and Share the Invitation Link: Alternatively, you will also see an option to "Copy link." Click this to copy a direct link to their invitation. You can then share this link with the staff member via text message or another messaging platform they use.

Scenario 2: Staff Member Has Forgotten Their Login Email

If a staff member can't remember which email address they used to sign up:

  1. Locate Their Staff Profile: Navigate to the "Organization" tab and then select the "Staff" section and find the staff member's profile.

  2. Copy Their Login Email: Within their profile, you should see the email address associated with their account. Copy this email address.

  3. Send Them the Email: Share this email address with the staff member so they know what email to use when attempting to log in.

Scenario 3: Staff Member Has Forgotten Their Password

If a staff member knows their login email but has forgotten their password:

  1. Navigate to the Password Reset Option: On the Athletify login page, there should be a "Forgot Password" link or button.

  2. Enter Their Email Address: Click on "Forgot Password" and you will be prompted to enter the staff member's email address.

  3. Initiate Password Reset: Enter the email address again to confirm and then click "Send password reset."

  4. Instruct Staff to Check Their Email: This will send a password reset link to the staff member's email address, allowing them to create a new password and regain access to the platform.

By following these steps, you should be able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve most login issues your staff may encounter with the Athletify platform.
