Step 1: Set Your Filters
Navigate to the Schedule tab. Before exporting, ensure you are looking at the specific data you need.
Use the Filters to narrow down by department, location, or specific date ranges.
The export will reflect the information currently visible on your screen.
Step 2: Access Bulk Actions
Locate the Bulk Actions button (usually found in the top right or near the schedule tools).
Click the button to open the dropdown menu.
Scroll down and select Export Week.
Step 3: Download and Open
Once you click export, a spreadsheet file will automatically download to your computer.
Open the file to see a detailed breakdown of all staff hours.
Pro Tip: Since this is a standard spreadsheet file, you can use "Sum" formulas or Pivot Tables to manipulate the data for your specific payroll software.
Note: If you need data for a different timeframe (like a full month), ensure your schedule view is adjusted to that range before hitting the export button.
