What are the pricing plans for Atlas?

Atlas is available in three plansā€“Free, Standard, and Premium.

  • The Free plan is free for up to 35,000 users šŸ˜€

  • The Standard and Premium plans require a paid subscription

    • Standard starts at $3/mo per user

    • Premium starts at $6/mo per user

You can have one Atlas workspace per Atlassian site and each Atlas workspace can be subscribed to a different plan (Free, Standard, or Premium). You will be billed for each Atlas workspace subscribed to a paid plan

Atlas adopts a ā€œper-userā€ pricing model, meaning you only pay for the number of users who you have chosen to give access to Atlas on your Atlassian site. Pricing is progressive, so the more users you have, the lower the average price per user.

An Atlas user is any user who has been granted access to log in to Atlas on your Atlassian site, and who exists in Atlassian Admin.

What are the main differences between the free and paid plans?

The Free plan includes all the features available while Atlas was in beta and allows for up to 35,000 users.

To start, the Standard and Premium plans include three new featuresā€“goal scoring, private projects, and audit logs. We have plenty of additional features and improvements coming soon.

How does progressive per-user pricing work?

The more users you have, the lower the price per user:

Users

Standard

Premium

1 - 100

US $3.00/user/mo

US $6.00/user/mo

101 - 500

US $2.00/user/mo

US $4.00/user/mo

501+

US $1.00/user/mo

US $2.00/user/mo

Example scenario #1:

Example scenario #2:

You have 118 users with access to Atlas.

  1. First 100 users @ $3/user/mo = $300

  2. Next 18 users @ $2/user/mo = $36

Total monthly cost = $336

You have 520 users with access to Atlas.

  1. First 100 users @ $3/user/mo = $300

  2. Next 400 users @ $2/user/mo = $800

  3. Last 20 users @ $1/user/mo = $20

Total monthly cost = $1,120

You are billed monthly for each Atlas workspace subscribed to a paid plan based on the number of users with access to Atlas. Site admins can manage your Atlas subscription in Atlassian Admin under Billing.

If you're an existing Atlassian customer, you may be billed separately for Atlas. Site admins can manage subscriptions in Atlassian Admin under Billing.

Do you offer annual billing?
